On February 24, 2014, NewLink Genetics Corporation (the "Company") signed a lease initiating the Company's expansion into Austin, Texas. Primary activities planned at this location will be associated with expansion of the Company's commercialization efforts as well as supporting the continued growth of its clinical operations activities.
